Sorry to post another cucumber question 

My cucumbers in the greenhouse are finally playing ball and shooting upwards... they are also sending out side shoots .

Is it best to cut off the side shoots and leave them to grow up like tomato plants or are they best left alone to grow?

best leave well alone , the cucumber will build itself a network of vines ect climbers, just keep watered well , feed well too

I'll leave them to grow...

Might have to see about putting some horizontal canes in to give them support before they take over the floorspace
