Manure
« on: June 26, 2010, 10:54 »
I have some dried manure granules (made from animal doodoo as far as I can see), which I applied to the soil before planting. I have pots alongside my tomato plants for watering and my pumpkins and courgettes are in hollows to make watering easier. I thought it would be a good idea to put some granules in these receptables and sprinkle some between my other plants. I have done so. Is it a good idea and if so how frequently should this be done?

it's a good idea to give your brassicas a mid feed with the pellets .Don't use it on your peas or root veg
