So .. whats eating my rhubarb?? i thought the stalks were slug damage but what about the stalk ? thats one hell of a slug "

I wish. my garden is fenced and i live where there are no deer. i thought maybe squirrel or fox

Some years ago I had the same problem and it appeared to be those great big yellow slugs and there were slime trails.

Slugs. We have the same marks on our Rhubarb stems. Scatter a few slug pellets about.
