I just had to tell you all about my first onion... i've just harvested (well pulled it up)  It's too big to be a spring onion and way to small to be a normal onion, BUT it is MY ONION!!!!!

i've only picked it because the top has got an onion bulb shape at the top, will it still be ok to eat?  I'm soo excited!!!!

i plan on have an cheese and onion sarnie with it for lunch tomorrow.  Well half of it, cause hubby wants some of it too.  as soon as i get the camrea corrected to the laptop i'll post a picture (if i ever figure out how to do it)
