Something is eating my cauli leaves even though they are well covered with debris netting and im at a loss what the culprit is  Was thing catipillers but havent seen any as yet  :blink: any ideas peeps what it can be?

Is it on the leaf edges or more internal ?? Slugs ?? Caterpillars already on plants before netted ?? Mice ?? hedgehogs or pideons/pheasants??

More the outside of the leaves but whatever it is they are eating most of the leaves  Havent seen any trace of slugs but might be a catipiller in there somewhere  :blink:

Check all the leaves for caterpillars. The first year I covered mine with mesh but the transplants must have already had eggs on 'cos a few weeks later...there they were munching away under the netting when I had a look

If you don't have fine netting cabage whites can get through, thats why lots of peaople use debris netting
