In clearing a shed for someone I came across quite a lot of rose fertiliser in good condition, still sealed in its box. Is there any way to use this up in a vegatable/fruit plot ???
Many thanks

Rose fertilizers tend to be a bit high in the nitrogen (first letter) count and most veg don't need this other than your typical greens like lettuce, spinach, etc. The fertilizer could be used for these but sparingly as you don't want to promote fast lush growth that will scream EAT ME to slugs and snails. The fertilizer could be used sparingly as a general 'tonic' booster to all your fruit plants or even other types of flowers if you have them.
