Had the 4 girls about a month now and the are laying well but I can't get them to use the nest box they all just lay on the floor of the coop. I know this is not much of a problem but if I'm late picking the poo then it can be a bit messy.

pop a few pot/rubber eggs in the nest box, some people even use golf balls
