what this beetle is? the are munching my pea plants and most of them are in sorry state at the plot. how to eradicate them?
advice please!!

I had the same I identified mine as the pea/bean weevil didnt see it at first but managed to catch one and google it.  Tried the organic spray but they are still eating some now are just tiny little stumps talking to a nearby plot holder today he said something was nibbling his but dont worry they will come good in the end - fingers crossed.

If the leaves are full of holes it is quite likely to be the flea beatle, you could try growing peas in guttering and then plant them out when they are about 2-3 in high rather than direct sowing this lets the peas hit the ground running rather than being nibbled as they appear.
