still got time to lime and or manure?

i have just finnished digging over my brassica beds today i have plants growing in modules in the greenhouse should be ready to plant out in around 3 weeks do i still have time to apply lime and well rotted down manure or should i just add one or the other any suggestions please ?

When I plant my brassicas, I put a small handful of lime in the hole itself, I then put in the plant and fill in with soil, I then sprinkle lime around the base of the plant on top of the soil:)

I don't bother with manure, but at this time of year, I would fill a sackful of manure and dump it in one of your blue bins for rainwater and let it "brew" for a week or so, and then use your watering can to fertlise your plants.
