cleaning a greenhouse
« on: June 07, 2007, 20:40 »
I have today completely emptied my green house and jet washed it to get rid of a decades worth (at least) of moss accumulated in the edges.  It also got rid of quite a lot of green from the glass.  I also need to replace some panes of glass as they are cracked and therefore dangerous.

Anyway, I still need to give it a thorough wash as it still has some green on it.  What is the best stuff to prevent the green returning again?  ie, good to clean but not harmful to the enviroment and pets.  Normally I just use water and fairy liquid to clean windows, is this ok?

I wash our conservatory windows with warm water and vinegar.  No soap.

Yeah I guess.  Just a good splash, never really measure it.

I don't measure bleach either!  But thanks, need to go buy some vinegar now.  Got wine vinegar but would rather clean windows with cheap stuff!!
