Can someone please tell me, do you earth up early potatoes the same way as you do main spuds?
My wife made all the pies, then I ate them!!!

Yes, especially if you have planted them very early as the shoots need to be protected against frost as well as covering the developing tubers to prevent them going green.

(Don't overdo it though; the leaves are where the tubers get their food from!)
Sow your seeds, plant your plants. What's the difference? A couple of weeks or more when answering possible queries!
