the season has barely started so if anything fails there is plenty of time to start again , and dont be deflated because not everything will work for you , my carrots wasn't great last year and neither was my beetroot but non the less i did get a crop of each just not very big .
as last year was my first attempt at these crops im trying them again this year and maybe this time a better crop

It doesn't matter how many years experience and success you have had.  Every now and again the weather will do something awful and through everyone off course.
