Blackcurrant Young leaves curling

All the young shoots on my blackcurrants are curling. Underneath the leaves there are lots of light brown midge like critters. Is there any approved treatment for these bugs?

Mmmm looks like i've got an attack of leaf midge...thanks for the link....just have to deal with em now.
