Hello all,

Just to let you know that our little chicken was put down at the vets this morning, she had seemed quiet but fine earlier in the week, doing normal 'chicken things' free ranging with the others.  But yesterday she went downhill rapidly and a visit to the vet confirmed the worst.  He thought it may have been some sort of cystic pyometria, he hadn't heard of 'lash'.

Thank you for all your help.

Sally
