Hi , my new little Banty has hurt her leg. Its more her hip really, she can get about and puts a bit of weight on it but its clearly painful. The vet didn't want to give her a jab as shes so small so we've got vitamin drops, i'm to reduce her space and give her extra calcium. Is there anything you know of that i can get to rub on it?
 I dont know how shes managed it, there isn't a perch at the minute because shes in quarantine[being new]. Any suggestions please?

could you get some metacam from your vets? this is an antiinflamitory usually for dogs but one of mine had it and it was dosed as a small terrier owing to chickens having a higher metabolic rate. Yours being a bantam may need slightly less.
