I hope I spelt that correctly :) I have been given a kholrabi from a fellow allotmenteer. What do I do with it????? CC  :unsure: (keep it clean this is a family site)!

You can grate it raw in salads, or cook it like you would a turnip.....eg cube it and boil it, roast round a joint, or put in a casserole.

it's a sort of cabbagey/turnipy taste.....sorry not a good discription, but it is fairly mild.
I always think of it as a filler veg rather than a star in its own right, if you know what i mean.
