Autumn ? Winter sowing??
« on: October 04, 2009, 23:54 »
Hi, have just got a new plot, badly overgrown - bought some mustard seed and oilseed rape to give it a start.
other than Aquadule broad beans, any ideas for autumn / winter planting???
any and all suggestions would be appreicated.
am going through loads of books, but can't beat u experienced individuals!!!
and am unsure whether to plant the BB in late oct or nov??

Japanese onions & garlic to go in now.

Spring caulis & cabbage if you can get hold of the plants, too late to start them from seed now.
Did it really tell you to do THAT on the packet?
