Foxgloves and compost

Brilliant. I was just a bit concerned about the toxin aspect..
i'm a newbie so these things are obviously new to me.

Hi I put foxgloves in my compost. I get a lot of foxglove seedlings as they definately seed before i manage to get them to the compost heap so no idea if the seeds remain viable in the heap

No probs billcasper, toxins tend to be broken down in the compost heap and I'm sure your not planning on eating the compost anyway

Seeds sometimes remain viable depends on how hot it gets.
