ive noticed one of my hens, shes large prob about same size as the bigger 2 has hardy any comb, plus shes a few small scabs on her head. shes got a  pale comb, pink salmon  colour compared to the older 2 and even the smallest one has a darker one than her. shes fine eats and drinks and theres no bullying esp with her. her comb and wattles are smaller than the others what could it be. are they all different or should it be more developed, there about 23 and 20 wks old and have had no eggs yet. what do you think :blink:

combs do vary tho, my 2 black rocks have very different size combs, but both are laying.
