Ive just realised that the radish type i am growing 'china rose' is a winter variety and should have been sown in late summer.  oops.  will they still produce anything decent in the summer?  or should i go and buy some 'icicle' variety seeds quick!?

on a similar note,the so called winter onions have been over taken by the spring sown sets  :? i'm sure they were normal sets in a different packet,i was about 20 short of a full row and a bloke gave me a handfull to finish the row,now the ones he gave me are doing great well ahead.
the ones i bought were taylors from the garden centre,if i had proof of purchase they would be hearing from me.

WG has it right. They will just bolt. I tried planting Daikon multiple times last year before summer solstice and the danged things always can tell when the days are getting longer.
