I've written it down. Adapted a Ripe Tomato Chutney as I'd no cooking apples in but did have a bag of oranges! Just finished making 8 lbs of Strawberry Jam from frozen strawberries - I need the space in the freezers . Yesterday was Cucumber and Apple Chutney and I just had to make the Pineapple and Courgette Jam one as well.
