to offer an enormous reduction on their food digesters and composters - the Green Johanna can compost bone, meat along with all other compost waste and as it is a Hot Composter, does it quicker too!

Its on offer now, for people in wiltshire for 25 quid which is reduced from 96 quid

i dont see any benefit form that it doesnt produce any compost all it does is get rid of things you dont want to put in your compost my dog eats my bones and anything else i produce food wise goes to my compost bin so no use to me but thanks worth having a look i thought it was a miracle composter when i read your post thank you

It does produce compost, the Green Cone produces a nutrient rich water that you can put on the veggies but the Green Johanna turns everything into compost

sorry i keep making work for the lovely mods here!

I am So chuffed with Wiltshire council, in the last year they have resurfaced the roads outside my house so instead of waking up numerous times in the night to large lorries clattering down the road, i now sleep like a baby

And this wonderful scheme, i have been running round town telling everyone i possibly can about it as it is a wonderful, wonderful idea

We used to live in Swindon and were really impressed at how much trouble they went to making it green and pleasant.

Round here, recycling is made as awkward as possible. Great shame.

well we have a recycling bank just across the road from us that deals with glass and cardboard/paper plus we have a weekly recycle round which takes away plastics and glossy magazines, that sort of thing

when we get the composter in place in a week or two, i am planning to just abandon landfill altogether, i cant imagine what we would need it for!

I think the other ones (cones) are more for people who just have flowers or whatever - they arent really for groovy growers like us
