[Beetroot queen]

My plant has finally taken over, so it got a slight hair cut, its blocked two paths already it wasnt taking a third, its covered in squash but my question is they are bigger than a supermarket squash but alot paler in colour, can someone do a photo session to show me when to cut and eat

I did hear about hanging them in tights to harden skins, (was that a wind up, more pics please) thanks I need pics tonight I have my stupid head on
