When our black rock went broody, she was like it for 3 weeks until the lovely Joyfull lent me her pet cage.  I put it in the middle of the chicken run and put rockette in there with some food and water.  Made her stay there all day then back in the house at night.

Did this for a week and she was back to normal, so I thought  I can give the pet cage bck now!  Spoke too soon!  She's back in the nest box today, and has been for most of the day!!!    Grrrrrr   !!!
Awwww bless her, give her some eggies to hatch!  :D bokky has 5 duck eggs, so fingers crossed she doesnt give up, but she is doing great at the mo!

Oh dear grannie , luckily I cured my maran after just one day  :D.
Debbie there is nothing more to do, just take her off the eggs once or twice a day and the rest is up to her, far far easier than using an incubator  :)
Staffies are softer than you think.
