Freezing peaches
« on: August 06, 2009, 09:09 »
Hi everyone,

For the very first time our peach tree is absolutely full of fruit.
There is more than we can eat but not really enough to give away. I need to pick them as they are ready and starting to get eaten by wasps etc and hate hate hate waste!
I believe they can be frozen but...and here comes the daft question ::), what is the best way to prepre them?

Thanks in advance for any help!
a mum is for life..not just for cleaning! ;@)
