I've grown some cabbages in the poly tunnel and they have grown huge!!! only trouble is they are all leaf and no heart, the leaves are huge and i've been looking at them wondering if I could eat the leaves, bit like greens, any suggestions??

Don't see why not - after all, a cabbage heart is just the leaves without the air spaces in between
