My cucumbers
« on: July 27, 2009, 20:57 »
I have 2 types of cucumber growing in my greenhouse -both of which I have aquired as seedlings. One is a smooth variety and is doing really well and producing lots of delicious cucumbers. The other is a bumpy climber and has lots of tiny 1" cucumbers that don't seem to be getting any bigger. Any ideas what i am doing wrong?

Afraid I don't grow cucumbers so can't answer your question, but am just posting to say I've removed your duplicate thread, to avoid confusion  :)
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days all attack me at once...

I take you you don't know the variety?  Only some cucumbers are more suited to outdoors, I know the one I grow, Marketmore, is an outdoor cuke and it's a knobbly one.

No I'm afraid I don't know -I swapped them for some tomato seedlings.
