Hi

I have some globe artichoke plants which I grew from seed this year.

They are starting to form heads/flowers.  What should I do?  Should I remove or leave?

Ideally you should remove them to allow the plant to build up - but we don't always do what we are supposed to!

I'd chop them all off except for one to taste you have to have a taste don't you

Mine are so pretty I've left them. How do you know when they are ready to eat?
