hi everyone,i have been given some sweet pepper seeds, if its not too late to plant them can i start them off in a cold frame.

Far too late for even a cold frame now  .  Pack them away and use them next year

Not treading on my toes DD at all

I only grow spinach for my mate - and only know that I can plant in June to prevent bolting

You can start planting spinach in later August so that the cooler September weather will keep them nice and reduce any bolting. Spinach is a cool weather crop so it's almost time for fall sowings.
