hi everyone,i have been given some sweet pepper seeds, if its not too late to plant them can i start them off in a cold frame.

Far too late for even a cold frame now  :( .  Pack them away and use them next year

thanx for the advice peapod.i know its a differant subject but can i plant spinach this month or is it to late?

Not treading on my toes DD at all

I only grow spinach for my mate - and only know that I can plant in June to prevent bolting  :D

You can start planting spinach in later August so that the cooler September weather will keep them nice and reduce any bolting. Spinach is a cool weather crop so it's almost time for fall sowings.
