What is eating my pepper leaves
« on: July 09, 2009, 14:30 »
Been away for a few days and found the leaves of my pepper plants had a load of holes in them.

They are kept on a sunny window sill... there are a few green fly and a few VERY small green werm/catapiller type things on the leaves, that tend to line up with the vains... not seen anything actchualy doing the eating though. pics attached.

Looks like flea beetle damage. The leaves on my turnips, radishes and pak choi look just like that. Didn't think you would get them indoors though. They are tiny, dark, shiney critters. They don't seem to destroy the plant.
The less time you have, the more becomes available.
