Ducklings are about 8 weeks old now, and have grown quite big (still gorgeous though).  Drakes terrified and chased them the other day when we tried to get them to broaden their horizons.  Any tips?

I think it's going to be a case of just letting them get on with it Heather
The drakes will chase them but at 8 wks they are big enough to have a go back

I think Houdini's 9 weeks old and still shows no signs of leaving home 

If they're safe, well fed and are happy with each other's company, they'll probably be staying for a while yet
