I am picking some of my Autumn Bliss raspberries now.  When you pull the raspberry off and leave the core behind are you supposed to cut the white core off or just leave it on the bush.

Lucky you - they've ripened very early, mine are still green. I just leave the core when I pick mine. Doesn't seem to do them any harm from year to year, they're still doing well (but not as quickly as yours)

 Like you with your Autumn Bliss, I have been picking my September in June, but I think thats because, I never did get round to cutting out last Autumns fruiting canes. As for picking the white core off, not a chance, too much to do, but leaving the core on does not seem to harm the plant.

It will not matter about the core. If you were to leave them then the raspberry would eventually fall off when very ripe, leaving the core behind.
