My cabbages are getting very tall (15inches) and don't seem to be developing any hearts... what should I do??

None of my spring planted ones have hearts yet & I'm not expecting them to.

What variety are they?

I got minicole and kilaxy, both are just showing signs that they starting to form a heart.

Yep my spring ones just starting to heart, but only just.

Mine have just started to heart this year (advantage) but last years didn't heart at all. They grew well though and I got plenty of greens off of them.
