My light sussex has been sitting on eggs for 6 days now only coming out one a day for water , food and  a rather large poop each day.

Toady in her large poop there looks to be 2 large tapeworm type worms in it , they were moving when they popped out ! white in colour !

they were all wormed 3 months ago with flubenvet.

obviously she has them so the question is........ do i worm while shes still sitting or wait another 2 weeks and worm the other 6 and her all together ?

shes only having mixed corn so it may be difficult !!!!! HELP worried about her !
wife says they are round and white 1 about 4 inches long. im nightshift so shes at the helm !

Really not sure as I do my broodies before hand, but I think if it were me I'd do her, your putting the chicks once hatched at risk if you don't as she'll have and will be pooping in the same place as they are eating
If they are showing up in her poop then chances are there are a lot i there

Would she take a grape with some on it off you rather than add it to her feed? That way you know she's getting it?

If you do that last thing at night then get her off the eggs first thing in the morning to go toilet and again in the evening, making sure she's off for no more than 20mins

cheers sarah, am just leaving for work. will get some wormer on monday. Cant believe shes got them ! am new to this so when she went broody and i deceided to set her away i didnt give it a thought ! what a muppet !

i get those little tubs of flubenvet ...... how much would you suggest on a grape for one hen ?

if she wont take a grape ... what about if i hollow out a raisin / sultana ! im sure she'll take the smaller version !

that would be fine! just pop a pinch on whatever her favourite treat is. I would also worm the rest of your flock in the regular way.
