iv just had 3 tones of top soil droped of at my house and have just been out to plant some seeds.i go out to find that i have no compost left so i get some topsoil and put it in the plastic containers and plant my seeds. is this ok to start the seeds of in

Seeds used to rough it in soil before someone invented compost.
