Hi
I would as long as they have enough room, food & water.  After a couple of days pop them back, if they head straight for the nest box again pop back in for a couple more days.  Make sure they can still see the others.

A worm burden can reduce egg production, If' you've never done them before it may well be worth looking into depends on how long you have had them and if they where done before you got them. Worth a go certainly would not do any harm, I'd go for flubenvet best of the lot IMHO.  The intermediate gamekeeper pack 240g is about £20, but works out a lot cheaper in the long run than the £12 60g job  :)

I sometimes change their henhouse and pop them in with another group of chickens to distract them as early as possibe, or I give them some fertile eggs. :)

and how does the worming work richy?

From how I understand it, the worms in the gut eat the nutrients the hens should be getting so they don't get enough to make eggs.
Probably over simplified but you get the drift I'm sure Foxy or Aunty could give you a better answer if mines not right.  :)
