Be careful with sites like this pumpkinpatch. If they really wanted to give away free coupons there would be no need for your personal details to be held. I signed up for something similar, my details were sold on by a  third party and I ended up with hundreds of spam e mails. Their privacy statement permits the transfer of personally identifiable information to "carefully selected third parties".
I find moneysavingexpert.com has a lot of info on coupons & freebies, although rarely seeds as you say. Just don't want anyone else to get into the mess i did.

im always realy careful there is some good pet stuff on there as i found out got some dog treats for the four legged one.
