WHIRLWIND
« on: May 05, 2009, 20:04 »
Hi everyone
Bimbled off to allotment this pm with many bags of well rotted muck only to find that there
had been a mini whirlwind and it had blown the roof off our lovely blue potting shed. Was
pretty upset, but it will be restored to former glory tomorrow. We have called our shed
Einsteins Shed [apparently he had an allotment]. Has anyone else named their shed?
First seed are showing beetroot carrots onions & garlic. This is so exciting

Hi WA, I've popped this thread over to GYO as the Welcome Forum is for welcomes, and the other forums for more specific posts - so hope people answer your thread, and enjoy posting many more !
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days all attack me at once...

Suggest you change your name from "Wendyalice" to "Windyalice"!  :D  Anyway welcome, I am sure that you will get good advice if needed from other contributors.  Not named my shed but I'll give it some thought.

With all this focus on sheds I see in the various threads, I'm beginning to seriously think of purchasing one even though we don't have an allotmnt as such.... just so I too can bask in the warm glow of having my very own 'shed'! *wanders off to find SWMBO and sweet talk her into agreeing*
