Hello there,

There is a tree in the next garden that is throwing the white petals over half my veg plot.

Not sure what type of tree it is.

I'ts like snow falling and i'm wondering if these petals will harm the ground or veg that  i grow.?

All advice and opinions much appreciated.

There's not much harmful in petals. In fact there's very little at all.

They'll soon dry up & disappear.

Not sure what the tree is.  At the moment all my fruit trees are blossoming and they do no harm to any of my other veg plots.  They make a mess when the wind blows but attract loads of beneficial insects that aid pollination.  I guess that the white bits add some nourishment to the soil when they decompose.  The only way I can see the tree doing any damage is the roots taking water from the soil but if you have been growing on the land for some time this would be minimal.

Difficult to say though unless you know the tree or size of it!
