Snapdragons

I sowed some snapdragons last autumn and they've been in the cold frame over winter and have done well. They seem to have had a growth spurt over the last couple of days and are looking a tad leggy - should I pinch the tops out to bush them up? and when do you think I should plant them out? (desperately need the space - don't we all!!!). Thank you!

They are quite hardy so could be planted out now after hardening off. I would also pinch the tops out to encourage them to bush out
