Hi,

What is your favourite strawberry variety?  From where you purchased it?

I want to try couple new varieties this year.

Thanks

Hazem

I have just got some from plantsbypost.com, ofcourse I havent tasted them but they are offering them half price and I got 34 plants accross 3 varieties delivered for about 15 pounds and theyre real big sturdy runners.  I'm not ready to plant them yet so I potted them up till I get my bed ready, I struggled to fit em in pot noodle pots, they were so big.

I currently have elsanta that cropped really well in their second year - theyre available everywhere, B&Q, any garden centre, mail orders etc.  I also find j parkers mail order are cheap, especially for the traditional cambridge favourites which are very tasty.
Avoid fruit and nuts.  You are what you eat.
