I got phonecalls asking for puddings again yesterday and this evening  I have made 90 and fortunately made a few spares for latecomers but even those are down to the last 2 small ones. I'm all puddinged out  It always takes ages to get all the cheques in and sorted so I won't know for a couple of weeks how much I made for the charity.

Wow!  Congratulations  :D   Thats got to be one very happy Charity.

I was all puddinged out with my two.  Was very stressful and I still am not sure I made them right hehe!
We all have wings but some of us don't know why.

Well I made 2 batches as I made the first lot with some organic suet that a friend had rendered down and they smelt, well a bit meaty     Made a second batch incase they were horrid with good old atora but thing they will both be fine in the end once doused with enough brandy
Be like a duck. Calm on the surface but always paddling like the dickens underneath.
