Been thinking of getting a few chickens for a while.

Are there any good websites for seeing the different breeds available. I'd like a traditional 'fat mother hen' type if that makes sense, but would also like a few eggs each week as well.

Any website advice?

Plenty of info there - not a lot of pictures though. You can always put the breed name in google images for a picture.

You might also want to have a look at what's available locally, you may find a breed you like but can't then find any.

If you google in each breed of chicken, you'll find loads of information comes up on various sites. Most will be trying to sell you some of course.
