Curried squash soup for me with lots of thick toast dripping in salty butter ! , not the most healthy but great when it's dark and cold and damp !

I like to boil it till tender, then drain, mash with butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and some nutmeg...yum!

Just a note to say thanks everyone, there's some lovely ideas there.

I do like the TESC* one with bacon especially (Thanks KF)... shhhhh..... Don't mention TESC*'S! :shock: :shock:
