Greens, cooked rice & pasta but not meat or citrus fruit is what I was told. Ours go mad for sorrel leaves and broccoli.

Very little, the odd bit of sweetcorn few peas cooked carrot etc no meat. Our food can be quite fattening for them.
If they get too heavy they may go off lay, and associated health problems of being overweight incl prolapse, and then it's "good night Vienna".

I too give very little other than layers pellets.  Every day they get about quarter of an apple each or some greens/cabbage/broccoli (raw).. other than that just their fav. corn before dusk, then beddybies.

You need to be careful of anything with salt or sugar in.

I follow Richy's advice. Little bits here and there. Gave some left-over peas with warm water over 2 days. They love it but shouldn't have too much of what they fancy. :)

I give mine the layers pellets, a little bit of corn in the afternoon and lots of veg becuase mine are on chipped bark and don't get to free range a great deal.  Mine will eat pretty much any veg but especially like to have peelings cooked and will go daft for tomatoes and corn on the cob as a special treat.
