Unfortunately one of my chicks died in the egg..

I opened it to double check ( they are due )

The chick had blue feathers

Was this a hens egg ??

I haven't seen many chicks that weren't yellow :shock:

Not all chicks are Easter chick yellow. They can come blue, black, ginger striped and just about any colour. It depends on the breed.
