my hubbards are now 8 weeks old and some of them are quite big .
i think there j757s. how old shud they be when i cull them .

The JA757's should be eatable weight between 8-10 weeks R66vey, so try one now and see what you think, then try them each week and compare weights and taste.  Then you can decide which age you prefer!!!

We've got Coloryields at the moment, brought them home Thursday!!!!

We had our Hubbards culled at 14 wks but we did find that they had quite a bit of fat on them. This time we are culling at 12 wks to if and what the difference might be.

At 14wks they were weighing in anything from 6- 9 lbs each.


If you are going to cull at 8-10 wks I would be interested to know what weight they are and what the meat is like.
