Arrggghhh sommats knobbled my sprouts !!
« on: September 26, 2008, 21:20 »
I've taken my eye off the ball a bit lately and something has infected / infested my sprouts.

Its a grey scale like "thing" I looks rather like the leaves are covered in a thick coating of limescale. Im sure I've read a post about it on here earlier on in the year - but I can't find it now.

Any advice before my Christmas dinner is ruined.  They're under scaffold netting and other wise seem happy - I'll cry if I don't get any sprouts from them, as they're my very favourite veg.

I knew you lot you know.

Mealy Cabbage Aphids - the swines.

I blasted them with "bug off" last night and I've hosed the plants down today.  Hopefully they'll recover, nobody messes with my brussels !
