Compost after Tom blight

Can I use this anywhere else, or am I going to have to chuck it? I have just got the allotment, and wondered if it would be ok to put it on there while we are digging?

you can chuck it on the garden it will be fine the spores will be killed off by the cold weather
still alive /............
