my purple srouting/brocolli/sweeds are infested with Caterpillars. Any ideas what to spray them with.

The best solution is to simply pick and squish.
The next best solution is to make a spray of a good squirt of washing up liquid, some garlic juice and hot pepper juice, and blast the little beggars. If you're leery, you can leave hot the hot pepper sauce. Wash the produce well before eating
